Pick-Up Policy:
Please text us at 713-903-6237 at least 5 minutes before arrival for order pick-up.
If you need to change your pick-up time, kindly let us know in advance.
If you arrive 30 minutes later than your scheduled pick-up time without notice, your order may be rescheduled for next-day pick-up.

Delivery Responsibility Notice
Please ensure all delivery details are provided in advance, including GATE CODE, recipient phone number, and access instructions.

If any required information is missing and we are unable to complete the delivery, the bouquet will be returned to our studio. In this case, you may arrange an Uber pickup or request re-delivery for an additional fee.

Delivery Policy:
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Most deliveries are completed between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
If you require your flowers to arrive at an exact time, we recommend picking up the order in person or sending an Uber/Lyft for pick-up, and please communicate this arrangement with us in advance.
