SONGHI Floral LLC is a Houston, Texas, based floral design studio offering made-to-order premium floral arrangements for local delivery and pickup. We operate without a physical retail storefront and specialize in event florals, seasonal bouquets, and custom floral gifting.


2. Ordering and Fulfillment

  • Order Processing: All arrangements are made to order. Orders must be placed in advance, and availability is subject to design schedule and floral sourcing.

  • Order Changes: Due to the perishable nature of flowers and time-sensitive production, changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing an order. After this window, your order is considered final.

  • Local Delivery: We currently offer delivery within selected zip codes in our service area. Delivery availability will be displayed at checkout.

  • Pickup Orders: Orders marked for pickup must be retrieved during the designated pickup window. Unclaimed pickups will not be refunded.

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


3. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • All floral products are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. While we do our best to honor requested color palettes and style, SONGHI Floral reserves the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall aesthetic and theme of the arrangement.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept most major credit cards and ShopPay.

  • Sales tax will be applied where applicable.


5. Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a quality issue or a delivery problem, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will evaluate the situation. When appropriate, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit never expires.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, text, and branding—belongs to SONGHI Floral and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.


7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

SONGHI Floral is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by mishandling of flowers after delivery or pickup
