At SONGHI Floral, every order is thoughtfully crafted with care—because we know what it means to send beauty with intention. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our arrangements, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we gladly offer store credit for the full amount paid, which never expires and can be redeemed year-round, including during holidays and seasonal launches.
We take pride in our design-forward approach and boutique service experience. Each arrangement is made to order using premium blooms, and natural variations are expected in color, size, and texture. These are not flaws—they are part of what makes each SONGHI arrangement uniquely beautiful.
If you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means a partial replacement or alternative resolution.
